Silver Skate Winter Festival has proudly partnered with Water Warriors YEG for the past three years.

Through this partnership, Silver Skate provides a generous donation in exchange for volunteer support with directing vehicles into parking spots at the Edmonton Valley Zoo parking lot.

Volunteer shifts are 6 hours long and take place outdoors, so please be sure to dress appropriately for the weather. All volunteers will be provided with safety vests, snacks, beverages, and lunch.

When you arrive on site, please head to the volunteer trailer to check in with the Water Warriors Team Leader. You will need to sign in and complete a waiver before beginning your shift.

The volunteer trailer will be available as a warm, safe space to take breaks and warm up if needed.
