Please note the following; 

• Please bring a water bottle or drink of some kind for yourself
• Please do not wear red
• Please wear/bring a hi-visibility safety vest if you have one
• Please wear comfortable, closed toed shoes
• Dress for the weather
• You will be walking into a harm reduction environment where people will be openly using/injecting drugs in front of you. Please be mentally prepared for this.
• Please monitor your mental health. If you are having a bad or off day, please take the day for some self care
