2 weeks I have spotted a tent up high, where there is one there could be more close by, so that is where we will head this Sunday. Parking is on a downtown residential street on 98 avenue between 104 and 105 street block

This is the more physical version of Street Team.

You  must be able to hike about 5 km and be prepared for some tricky  inclines.  Ideally you have access to a vehicle in case we want to go to  more than one spot.

We  are hiking in the River Valley looking for encampments.  We will be  pulling a wagon (or two depending on volunteers) filled with backpacks.  If terrain is too much for wagons, we will need to carry backpacks into encampments.
