Sunday CARE Team special edition. Meet at Borden Park Road West at approx 78 St NW parking lot at 1:00 pm sharp. We will load wagons up and head towards Coliseum LRT checking for community members. We will then make our way back to Borden Park to serve the attendees of We Stand Together- Every Child Matters. This is the more physical version of Street Team.

You  must be able to hike about 5 km and be prepared for some tricky  inclines.  Ideally you have access to a vehicle in case we want to go to  more than one spot.

We  are hiking in the River Valley looking for encampments.  We will be  pulling a wagon (or two depending on volunteers) filled with backpacks.

**For winter months we will likely be visiting urban encampments (not located in the river valley, but around the city)

The mission is to find out what is needed for the next visit, and to gain the trust of these folks for the future.
